What we’re talking about is a way to transform you as a leader and your ability to impact your team with an exceptionally simple tool.

What’s wrong is this is not new information. It’s been around since 1928.

It’s a tool I believe every leader should have access to.

Team engagement is just one aspect of what it can give you.

Think about your last hire. Were there key characteristics you needed them to have? And, when you made the offer to them, did you hope they had them? Or did you know?

The trouble with hiring is that people are always on their best behavior. What if you had them go through a short, inexpensive assessment that handed you their real character type?

Never again would you take on a person who said they were detail-oriented only to find they were disorganized. Nor a sales person who wasn’t truly outgoing and focused on results.

You’d also know how they would fit into your existing team before you even interviewed them.

You’d have an MRI on their brain.

CONCLUSION

It all starts with you.

Self-awareness is the key skill of a successful leader. Most leaders walk around in a state of self-denial. They believe they are aware of their own characteristics.

Successful leaders know that’s not true.

It’s impossible to be self-aware without a third-party perspective. Our brains simply don’t work that way—they’re overloaded with information making self-awareness literally impossible.

(Imagine sitting on your sofa watching TV for 10 hours without a break. That’s the amount of information your brain processes every second. It discards virtually all of it, to focus on what it believes is important at that specific moment. Very rarely is it the stuff that’s our normal habit.)

Successful leaders also know they can’t do it all.

There simply aren’t the hours in the day. To be successful, you need your team to be working with you, toward a shared vision of success.

So where do you start?

Well, before I explain one option for you, maybe it’s time I introduce myself.

My name is Andy Painter and I’m the co-Founder of Institute Success. We believe that leaders can create and inspire positive growth in the world, so we are committed to developing 10,000 leaders before 2025. We’re doing this by giving them access to simple, powerful tools to connect and engage with their teams and clients, enabling them to achieve a shared vision of success.

Our foundational tool is the Leader Communication Profile. It takes about 12 minutes to complete and asks a series of questions to reveal how you naturally communicate and what motivates you.

When you complete it, you'll receive an in-depth report, including powerful questions to take you through a step-by-step process to reflect on your strengths and areas for development.

However, the real impact comes in your debrief session.

You’ll spend 90-minutes with a coach who will guide you through how to use the information to have the greatest impact on your personal development. They’ll expertly tailor the session to your needs, so you have immediately actionable steps to take.

Institute Success™ helped me step outside my work box – the intense and volatile world of hedge fund management – and realize that elusive life of balance.
He helped me pare down work and boldly build up my passion for every day.

As the director of a small non-profit agency, it is sometimes easy to put your head down and get buried in the work. Working with my coach has helped me pull back and begin to more effectively maximize resources by understanding the strengths and passions about those around me.

If you’d like to explore the possibilities ahead of you, and join a community of like-minded leaders, then, as we enter 2021, I’d like to offer you a proposal.

Normally, we charge $797 for this level of debrief. If you decide to invest in yourself now, we will reward you for taking action and give you full access for $197

So now is the time for you to decide.

What has miscommunication cost you over the years? How many team members have not heard your message or done what they wanted to do instead? Where could your career be if you’d had this insight years ago?

If you are ready to embark on a voyage of self-discovery, then click the button below and invest in your future.

You’ll be taken to a checkout page for the “Leader Communication Profile”. (It’s a very simple, plain page as it will come down in February and go back to full price.)

As soon as you’ve paid, you’ll be sent a link to take your assessment and a few minutes after you’ve completed it, you’ll receive your 50+ page report and a link to book your debrief session.

Although I’ve not met you before, if you’ve come this far, I know you’re the type of person who this will have an immense impact on. I congratulate you for your determination. That’s another key skill of a successful leader.

Here’s to your success.

Andy Painter.

P.S.
Once you have your Leader Communication Profile, you have endless options.

You may want your team to go through the Team version, so they are able to communicate more clearly and effectively with each other.

You may want to use the tools to make sure your next hire is the right person for your team.

You may want to develop your leadership skills and take this deeper.

You may feel you’d benefit from leadership coaching.

Or you may decide that it’s of no use to you and ask for your money back. (We’ve never had that request, yet we’d do it in a heartbeat.)
