There are 3 sections to the profile:

1. The DISC Index which describes our natural behavioral strengths and our communication preferences.
2. The Values Index, which describes our motivations, and why we do what we do.
3. The Attribute Index which describes our preferred thinking style.

Each section will take about 5-7 minutes to complete.  You are encouraged to move quickly, giving your responses and going with your gut feelings.  This is not a test—there are no right or wrong answers; this is just an assessment.

• Please take the assessment when you have no outside distractions.
• Please complete the assessment in one sitting; once you begin the assessment you must complete all three assessments for it to be valid; you cannot stop and start.
