You'll be able to get benefit from 1 hour per month. The other view you could take is that this is going to give you the support and resources to navigate challenges more quickly as you are no longer be going to have to figure it out on your own.
The meetings and sessions are virtual and hosted on Zoom.
The assessments used in the Engaged Leader™ Circle program are the foundation of everything you will learn. They will help you better understand yourself and others. In particular, you will learn your communication and behavioral preferences, why you do what you do and your thinking preferences. You will also better understand how to effectively communicate and motivate others based on their preferences.
There is nothing expected between masterclasses, The time you invest is totally up to you. We know that time is something no leader has enough of, so we work around you, not the other way around. We may recommend resources that we know could accelerate you, however, you are the expert of you and we would recommend that less in more initially. Overwhelm is the enemy here and will stop you in your tracks.
Initially we are looking for 150 leaders in our first cohort, once the places are filled we will be moving to a waiting list and anticipate opening the doors once a quarter.
